The client
The Lumen is a cutting-edge office space provider in the thriving community of Newcastle Helix.
The requirement
To provide window cleaning cradles or façade access for general cleaning and maintenance, and also a solution for glazing replacement.
The solutions
Working alongside our partner GPBMU we were able to offer our GPI model building maintenance unit which provides 2 person access to the complete façade. This model also incorporates an auxiliary hoist function with a load capacity of 500kg for the glass replacement.
