MSA Latchways Installer Training
Our MSA Latchways Installer training courses are only available to pre-existing registered approved MSA Latchways vertical installer companies.
The aim of these courses is to equip registered installers with the knowledge and skills needed to perform pre-installation checks, installations, inspections, and safe usage of MSA Latchways fall arrest vertical systems.
Please note: Before undertaking any Latchways® Vertical System – How to Install training, installers must have completed the half-day ‘Prerequisites & Introduction’ module within the last 3 years.
Latchways® Vertical System – Prerequisites & Introduction
A generic foundation level for MSA vertical system installers. This compulsory module has to be completed before undertaking any of half-day Latchways® Vertical System - How to Install modules.
Latchways® Vertical System – How to Install to a Steel Ladder
This module is for persons who are required to carry out installations, inspections and use Latchways vertical systems on steel ladders.
Latchways® Vertical System – How to Install to an Aluminium Ladder
This module is for persons who are required to carry out installations, inspections and using Latchways vertical systems on wind turbines fitted with aluminium ladders or aluminium access ladders.
Latchways® Vertical System – How to Install to Lattice Towers, Clamp Bracket, Climbing Rail, Monopole & T-spine Ladder
This module is for those who require to carry out installations, inspections and use Latchways vertical systems within the Telecommunications or other sectors where installing a climb path and a vertical fall protection system is required.
Latchways® Vertical System – How to Install to an Angled / Tower Leg
This module is for persons who are required to carry out installations, inspections and using Latchways vertical systems on structures containing angle legs, typically transmission towers.
Latchways® Guided Type Fall Arrest (GTFA) LadderLatch®, TowerLatch® and ClimbLatch® Devices – How to Examine, Repair and Certify
This course is for those who are required to maintain equipment in an operational condition.
