Eurosafe Solutions Limited announces new company structure

Following our successful company rebrand in January 2024, we are pleased to inform you of the new legal structure of Eurosafe Solutions Limited.

This structure has been developed to accommodate our ever-expanding range of services relating to our Safety Circle concept, allowing us to grow into new sectors beyond the original core services offered to the construction industry for the installation of fall protection systems. We have established three distinctive businesses focused on compliance and maintenance, contracting and installation of equipment, and training and PPE for end users. Each business maintains its own specialist skill sets but retains the original Eurosafe ethos.

The Safety Circle splits our offering into five distinctive services, now covered by three separate businesses, as shown below:

Eurosafe Contracting Limited

Design, supply, and installation of fall protection and roof access equipment; provision of rope access services; and design, supply, installation, and long-term maintenance of specialist façade access equipment and BMUs.

Eurosafe Compliance Limited

Statutory inspection and maintenance of all permanent fall protection and access equipment, lightning protection systems, and lifting equipment.

Eurosafe Training and PPE Limited

Provision of end-user training for all aspects of working at height and in confined spaces, and supply, inspection, and servicing of specialist PPE related to these activities.

This structural change will take effect on July 1, 2024. While there should be no immediate difference in our customer service levels, there will be changes in our administration related to correspondence, invoicing, and purchasing. We will keep you informed of these changes, and we kindly ask that you update your records accordingly.

Any existing contracts with you will not be subject to change, but there will be changes to our invoices and bank details that will require your attention. Full details of the legal restructure and asset transfers are available on request if needed.
