Xtirpa Davit Arm with Stabilizer
The Xtirpa Davit Arm with stabilizer is a solution for confined spaces where little material is required. The system has only a few parts that need to be attached to a powerful point such as a construction part, vehicle, or counterweight.
- Suitable for vertical manholes
- Clamping to construction or car
- Counterweight optional
Application
The Xtirpa Davit arm with stabilizer is a solution that must be used with some form of counterweight for a stable system. This can be done, for example, by connecting the stabilizer to the towbar of a car. But a beam, balustrade, or the like can also suffice. There is also the possibility to use a counterweight from Xtirpa. The counterweight consists of a frame in which weight discs can be placed so that the frame is weighted. This provides a good counterweight so that the system can be used safely.
The towbar version offers a simple solution for public areas. The system can then be installed quickly and is very stable.
Properties
The system consists of a stabilizer that can be adjusted in two ways for the application. The feet can be turned out and the horizontal bar on the stabilizer can also be mounted at different heights. To check whether the system is stable, a spirit level is integrated in the base of the stabilizer. The horizontal beam is mounted on a vehicle, construction part or counterweight so that the system can be heavily loaded. The mast and Davit Arm are then easy to attach to the system so that it can be prepared for use.
The advantages of the Xtirpa Davit Arm with stabilizer are:
The stabilizer offers the solution to use existing structures or vehicles as counterweight.
Little material is needed, so a low investment.
The system can be used with a 610 mm or with a 1200mm Davit Arm.
A counterweight can be used with a 1200 mm arm if no aids or sufficiently strong structures are present.
Certification
The Xtirpa Davit Arm with stabilizer is certified according to the EN 795 class A, B and E standard.
